Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
* For items that are currently in stock, please keep in mind that it may take an additional 1-3 days (excluding public holidays) for warehouse processing before estimating the total delivery time.

* For orders that include items marked as "pre-order," the time limit will be calculated from the moment the pre-sale items are shipped. Also, we kindly advise against choosing express shipping for pre-order items.

Shipping address limitations
* Please use caution when providing PO.BOX/APO/FPO/DPO addresses for all countries/regions, as delivery to these addresses may result in lost packages and unexpected delays in shipping.
* For specific countries or regions such as Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Virgin Islands, and European islands and territories, delivery times may be extended. If you want to receive your package faster, please contact customer service to inquire about expedited shipping options, which may require you to pay some additional shipping costs.

* Please note that Express shipping does not support delivery to PO.BOX/APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Shipping time may be slower for remote islands, and additional fees may apply for remote delivery addresses.
