Your satisfaction is what we aim for! You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your purchase if we have still not met your expectations. and we will offer you solutions according to your case.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, products have to be unworn and unwashed with clear outsoles and with all tags still attached. Products have to be in their original pack.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we shall look into your case and advise how to exchange.
Return Process
1. Contact us ( support@hroylshoes.com) and describe which item(s) you like to return and the reason for your return. Attach Photograph(s) for quality problems.
Eligible items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt of the original order.
Products have to be unworn and unwashed with clear outsoles and with all tags still attached. Products have to be in their original pack. If not, the customer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued.
2. Our service team will provide you return address with the detailed instructions.
3. When we receive the returned package, the item(s) will be inspected to ensure it is in the original condition and has the issues stated in the return request.
4. Once confirmed, the refund will be credited back to the original payment method within 7-10 days (the processing time depends on your payment method and bank). Original shipping fee & return shipping fee will not be refunded.
NOTES
* Please do not send back the package without first contacting us for exchange. In this case, your exchange would not be accepted.
* Any address on the parcel is not an authorized return address, and you are still liable for any losses caused by the incorrect address.
* All shipping cost incurred for the return is borne by the customer.
* On-sale items are not returnable.
