‼️ Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, Excluding including the cost of delivery (if applicable).

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.No later than 14 calendar days.

You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 calendar days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless otherwise required by applicable law.

❌Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

* Custom-made or personalized products.
* Goods made to the consumer's specifications.
* Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery.
* Any other products exempt under applicable EU consumer protection laws.
